Dining is half of the Acqualina experience, and also where the budget gets tested. The resort has four restaurants plus a gelato and coffee counter, and they range from a white-tablecloth beachfront restaurant reserved for guests, residents and Beach Club members to a Greek spot next door that is open to the public. Here is how I would sort them out, with the prices I could verify and a few ways to save.
Il Mulino New York: Italian; three-course lunch listed at $35, sunset menu at $58, weekend brunch at $42
Avra Miami: Greek seafood next door, reached by a sky bridge; closed Mondays
Costa Grill: beachfront lunch for hotel guests, residents and Beach Club members, 11 am to 6 pm, weather permitting
Ke-uH: Japanese-style shared plates for dinner
Hotel breakfast: $57.15 per adult and $28.50 per child in listings I found

Il Mulino New York: The Special-Occasion Italian
Il Mulino is the resort’s best-known restaurant. It finished a full renovation in March 2026, and the dining room now has sculptural U-shaped banquettes and a seasonal section on the menu that changes every quarter. Signature dishes that carry over include the Capellini Il Mulino with mushrooms, guanciale, peas, vodka cream and black truffle, and the linguine alle vongole.
The resort’s website lists the following set menus, all plus tax and gratuity. Confirm them when you book, since menus and prices change.
| Menu | Price (USD) | When |
|---|---|---|
| Three-course lunch | $35 per person | 11:30 am to 4 pm, daily |
| Sunset menu, three courses | $58 per person | 4 pm to 7 pm |
| Martinis (espresso, cucumber, aviation, vesper) | $12 each | Listed with the Sunset menu |
| Weekend brunch, three courses | $42 per person | Saturdays and Sundays, 11:30 am to 3:30 pm; drinks not included |
AAA lists Il Mulino as open daily from 11:30 am to 11 pm, says reservations are required, and notes that parking is valet only. Its inspectors also point out the budget-friendly prix-fixe options at weekday lunch.

Money tip:
If you want Il Mulino without the dinner bill, go at lunch. A fixed three-course lunch at $35 is a far more predictable check than ordering à la carte at a Forbes Five-Star resort.

Avra Miami: Greek Seafood Next Door
Avra sits at The Estates at Acqualina, at 17945 Collins Avenue, and is connected to the resort by an exclusive sky bridge. It is a large restaurant, with a 330-seat main dining room, and it is open to the public too. The signature move is choosing your fish from the ice display and having it grilled whole over charcoal, deboned with lemon and olive oil sauce, or baked in salt. Whole fish is sold by the pound, and the restaurant recommends one pound per person.

Popular starters include Avra Chips (thin zucchini and eggplant chips), grilled halloumi with honey, and Chilean sea bass souvlaki. Time Out Miami praised the Greek salad, the grilled halloumi and the baklava. The restaurant also has more than 30 wines by the glass.

Two practical notes: Avra is closed on Mondays, and room charges are not available there, so you will pay at the table. I could not find published menu prices for Avra Miami, so check before you go.
Costa Grill: Lunch With Your Toes Near the Sand
Costa Grill is described as Miami’s only restaurant completely adjacent to the beach. It is open to hotel guests, residents and Beach Club members only, daily from 11 am to 6 pm, weather permitting. The menu is Florida-inspired with Mediterranean touches: ahi tuna carpaccio, grilled octopus, a catch of the day, pepperoni pizza and The Acqua Burger. There are also branded coconuts and natural elixirs on the drink list.
The resort’s hotel breakfast is served from 7 am to 11 am under palms and red umbrellas with ocean views, and listings put it at $57.15 per adult and $28.50 per child.

Ke-uH and AQ Gelato & Coffee
Ke-uH serves Japanese-style tapas and shareable plates for dinner, with indoor and outdoor seating. For something quick, AQ by Acqualina Gelato & Coffee on the lobby level sells specialty coffee, gelato, pastries, cookies and French macarons, so you can eat on the way to the pool or in your room.
What I Would Order
- At Il Mulino: a pasta from the classics list, such as the Capellini Il Mulino or linguine alle vongole.
- At Avra: the grilled halloumi, a Greek salad and a whole fish to share.
- At Costa Grill: grilled octopus or the catch of the day, with a branded coconut.
- For a treat: gelato or a macaron from AQ on the way back to your room.
How to Save on Dining at Acqualina
- Eat your big meal at lunch. Il Mulino’s lunch is a fixed $35 for three courses, so you know the check before you sit down.
- Try the sunset menu. Three courses for $58 from 4 pm to 7 pm is a good way to see the room without a full dinner check.
- Share at Avra. Whole fish is sold by the pound, so one fish and a few starters can feed two.
- Rethink the hotel breakfast. At $57.15 per adult, it is a big line item; the lobby gelato and coffee counter is a lighter option.
- Remember the extras. Menu prices are plus tax and gratuity, and Avra does not accept room charges.
- Book smart. Get up to 40% Off Select Stays + an Extra 10% Off Over 100,000 Hotels with Member Prices at Expedia, then use what you save toward dinner.
